Over the decades, our operations have diversified with the introduction of
aluminium extrusions into the production programme. The focus of our
production is gradually shifting from casting aluminium into turn-key
deliveries for
the passenger transport industry. Heavy investments in long-term R&D have
helped us create an image of an innovative business offering cost effective
and
attractive design solutions for a variety purposes.

Train interiors, including luggage rack - ceiling constructions, sliding
doors, screening walls, seat components, handrails and many other items, now
account for about one third of the total turnover. Illuminated display cases
are
another important application for aluminium profile constructions. In the
maritime sector we have also extended our activities beyond the traditional
fittings. A complete line of ship furnishings called Meridian, including
balcony
modules and windscreens, as well as Pullman beds, sofa beds and other cabin
furniture, are the latest addition to our production programme.

Jukova Oy was certified according to ISO 9001 in the year 2000 and to ISO
14001 in the year 2003.
